The special day of Ganesh Chaturthi is On September 10, Reliance Jio plans to release the JioPhone Next. Mukesh Ambani, chairman of Reliance Industries, unveiled the ultra-affordable smartphone during the company's 2021 Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The JioPhone Next was created in partnership with Google. It is expected to be the most inexpensive smartphone in India, if not the world, once it is released. For Indian consumers, the phone will have certain customized features. A real-time translation is anticipated on the smartphone.


JioPhone Next Specifications and Features

The smartphone would feature large bezels on both the top and bottom, according to the images provided by Reliance during their AGM. The smartphone will include a 13-megapixel main back camera with a single lens and an 8-megapixel front selfie camera.


The smartphone comes with a 5.5-inch HD+ display with a resolution of 720x1,440 pixels, according to several reports. It may be equipped with a Snapdragon 215 processor, 3GB of RAM, and 32GB of internal storage. The JioPhone Next may also come with a 2500mAh battery and   Android 11 Go Edition.

JioPhone Next Price

There will be two JioPhone Next variants according to reports. The JioPhone Next will be available in 2 models: 

the regular JioPhone Next, which will cost Rs 5,000, and the JioPhone Next Advance, which will cost Rs 7,000. According to a report from Twitter user Yogesh, Reliance Jio's next Android phone may cost Rs 3,499. The JioPhone Next's precise pricing has yet to be determined, although the company has said that it would be the world's cheapest Android smartphone.


According to ET Now, Reliance Jio will collaborate with a number of Indian banks and lending partners to make the JioPhone Next available via a range of payment options. 


IDFC First Assure, State Bank of India, DMI Finance, and Piramal Capital are among the banks with whom Reliance is collaborating. And these financial institutions will be critical in lowering the initial cost of the gadgets.


Customers who want to purchase any of the smartphones will not have to pay the whole price upfront. They may pay just 10% of the entire cost, i.e. Rs 500 for the Basic model and Rs 700 for the Advance model, and the rest would have to be paid in installments to the bank or lending partner over time.
